Hollow Creek Coffee Roastery

Small batches. Honest beans. Quiet mornings.

About Us

Hollow Creek began as a weekend hobby in a converted garden shed and slowly grew into a full roastery dedicated to one simple idea: coffee should taste like where it came from. We work in small batches, roasting just enough to keep every bag fresh and every cup honest. No shortcuts, no flavor tricks — just patience, careful sourcing, and a deep respect for the bean. Our roasting room smells like caramel and toasted bread most days, and we like it that way.

Slow Roasting

Every batch is roasted gradually over time, allowing natural sugars to develop fully without rushing the process or masking the bean's true character.

Thoughtful Sourcing

We choose farms and cooperatives that care about soil, water, and the people who tend the harvest, because good coffee starts long before the roaster.

Small Batch Craft

Rather than scaling up endlessly, we keep our batches small so every bag receives the same attention as the very first one we ever roasted.
