EUROPEAN COMMISSION ERASMUS + INTERACTIVE EDUCATION IN 360°
Czech College is a study partner of the The European Commission’s Erasmus + Interactive Education in 360 degree project, a new virtual educational system which aims at creating an electronic, web-based system for educational content. The project strives to transform the learning experience to a close-to reality approach.
Using 360-degree imaging technology, the project creates virtual tours corresponding to the curricula and use various media like text, photo, sound, video, tests and plays to administer lessons. The programme will be using state-of-the-art 360-degree recording equipments to reproduce the real environment that is being discussed in class and make students more familiar with the technology employed by means of video tutorials and explanatory presentations.
The maintenance of the system and content security will be implemented the Interactive Bulgaria Foundation and the programme has been granted 325,000 EUR by the European Commission. The project which is ongoing now is expected to be wrapped up by February 2019.
